On December 16, 2018 the "Hong Kong Youth Festival 2018" Sports Carnival (accompanied with the activity that thousands of people shot darts to create a record) sponsored by the Hong Kong Young Chief Officers’ Association was held at the Xintian Shopping Mall in Yuen Long District, New Territories. With 5927 persons (person-time) shooting darts continuously within 1 hour, this set the world record granted by the World Record Association for being the most number of persons (person-time) who shooting darts continuously in the world.
