On August 13, 2016, the new Zheng and piano concerto will hold in Horqin Vocational College of Art, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia. With a total of 355 Zheng performers and 11 pianists who successfully play the concerto - Wujiang Sad Melody, this set the world record granted by the World Record Association for being the most number of persons who participate in playing the zither and piano concerto in the world.
